Thank you for choosing GullyTalk. Our premium features are digital services that are activated instantly upon purchase. Because of this, all payments made on GullyTalk are considered final.
No Refund Policy
All purchases, including premium plans and upgrades, are non-refundable. Once a payment has been completed, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded.
This applies regardless of:
- User dissatisfaction or preference changes
- Connection issues caused by network or device limitations
- Unavailable matches based on user-selected preferences
- Unintentional or accidental purchases
- Incomplete usage of the premium period
Service Delivery
Premium access is typically granted immediately after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, processing may take a few minutes due to platform or provider delays.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and address genuine billing errors.
Note: This does not guarantee a refund but ensures we correct any verified duplicate charge.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your payment method, please reach out to your bank or payment provider immediately. We can verify transaction logs but cannot issue refunds for unauthorized payments.
Technical Issues
If you face technical problems, we encourage you to contact us so we can help troubleshoot. Technical issues alone do not qualify for refunds but we aim to assist with solutions wherever possible.
