By accessing or using GullyTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

GullyTalk is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Conduct

You agree to use GullyTalk responsibly and respectfully. This includes:

• Not engaging in harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior
• Not sharing or requesting personal, private, or sensitive information
• Not engaging in unlawful or unsafe activity
• Not attempting to interfere with the platform or its functionality

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are not allowed on GullyTalk:

• Any form of abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior
• Sharing or promoting inappropriate or unsafe content
• Activities that violate laws or community safety standards
• Spamming, advertising, or unauthorized commercial use
• Any attempt to collect personal data from users

Anonymous Platform Disclaimer

GullyTalk does not record or store conversations, and does not verify the identity of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions during calls. Always use caution when speaking with strangers.

Service Availability

GullyTalk is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

Premium Services

Certain features may require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Details are available in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All platform design elements, branding, and features are proprietary to GullyTalk and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

GullyTalk is a connection platform and is not responsible for:

• User conversations or interactions
• Any information shared voluntarily by users
• Technical outages or temporary service issues
• Losses or damages arising from platform use

Account Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the platform for behavior that violates these Terms, threatens user safety, or disrupts the experience of others.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of GullyTalk after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to the use of GullyTalk shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
